The Day After Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich

Seasonal special for November. This sandwich features thin sliced house made Fauxturkey seitan which is packed with holiday herbs and spices like thyme, rosemary, Ginger, sage, garlic, onions and more. House made warm holiday moshed potatoes and veggies made from roasted sweet potato, white potato, onions, corn, peas carrots and green beans. Finished with canned cranberry sauce, warm gravy and horseradish mayo on a 12 or 6 inch soft grinder roll. Comes with a bag of chips
