This is a take on a classic chicken salad sandwich using our tangy Chicken Salad made with tender soy curls that we serve from the deli case with a little twist. We added sweet raisins to the mix along with a small spread of fig jam on the bread with cucumbers and lettuce for a cool crunch to balance it all out.
Chicken Salad contains celery, onion, dill, raisins, mayo and spices.
Sandwich will have fig jam, lettuce and cucumbers as well as the chicken salad on a soft grinder roll.
