How To Prepare Your Fauxturkey Holiday Roast & Ingredient List

Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not cook from frozen. Thaw overnight in refrigerator.

1-Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2-In a covered dish with parchment or foil on the bottom, add 1 cup of vegetable broth or water. Put roast in the middle, surround with veggies as a serving suggestion. 

3- Cook covered for 35-40 minutes flipping the roast halfway through.

This roast is fully cooked so you only have to warm it up to enjoy. Serves 3-4 people. Keeping it cooking with moisture added will guarantee a nice tender roast. 

Feel free to experiment when warming it up or preparing in any way you like. these are a serving suggestion but the cooking guidelines are important. Just don't burn it!

Roasts with cranberries contain sunflower oil due to the cranberries containing the oil as a preservative.
